My First 8 Intaglio Plates

These are the first intaglio prints I’ve ever made.  The assignment was to make 8 plates that incorporated text into the design.  Some (like “I Love Fuckin Shit Up) I really love.  Others (like “Microwaves Are Terrifying) I could live without.  But I thought I’d upload all of them as an honest representation of my first try in this medium.  So far my only grievance is the sitting that accompanies paper soaking in water or plates bathing in acid.  Other than that it’s really cool to work and learn a new process.  Hopefully some good work comes from this class.
